OVERVIEW: The Apsire Shuttle 2 is a conversion, based on a 3.5 ton van. Diesel engine, power steering, central locking and 5 or 6 speed gearbox (automatic gearbox can be chosen). The horses/ponies travel rear facing. The low floor gives a low centre of gravity and allows for easy loading with an easy to operate gas spring assisted ramp. These features ensure an excellent travelling experience for the horse. The Aspire Shuttle 2 is capable of carrying two 16hh horses (although weight restrictions will be an issue with larger horses).

BODY: Built using the original van body. The 6'4" (193cm) wide ramp is made from 14mm GRP, reinforced and bonded with 12mm hardwood plywood, lined with hard wearing lightweight nylon ramp carpet and 2 aluminium ramp runs. It secures using over centre style ramp locks. The top opening door is gas strut assisted with a pull down strap. It has side positioned windows with bars and 2 external tie rings.

 

HORSE AREA: The internal horse area walls are lined to 6’ high with a light weight EVA wall matting. There is a strong aluminium half height partition with adjustable stall widths. You can choose from either a solid half height breast wall (with safety access door) or removable breast bars, open to the grooms area. We use heavy duty rubber matting over a reinforced high quality mesh board flooring. Also includes tie up and haynet rings.

 

GROOMS AREA: The original double van doors, allow an emergency exit. The wheel arch boxes make occasional seating. There is an internal light. Also includes folding pole saddle racks and bridle racks.

EXTERIOR FINISH: Single plain colour of your choice with "HORSES" written on front and rear.
